Substantial and fascinating white wine with notes of dried apples, pears and hints of melon. Beautiful structure, fullness of fruit and a juicy finish. DAmare Bianco is a complex blend of Vermentino, Chardonnay, and Sauvignon Blanc. Good structure, thick palate with luminous notes of apricot, pear, pineapple and fruit. It shows an elegant density and a creamy finish. The Chardonnay gives sweetness, elegance and complexity while the Vermentino and the Sauvignon Blanc give the wine tropical aromas, freshness and olfactory and gustatory length. DAmare Bianco has a straw yellow color with intense golden reflections. The scent is ample, fresh with notes of exotic fruit and white flowers, enriched by clear hints of aromatic herbs. On the palate it is soft and clean, harmonious and balanced. The persistence is long and in the finish it has a very delicate hint of kiwi.
