The Tuscan production of Extra Virgin Olive Oil by Fattoria Villa l'Olmo dates back to the first half of the 1700s

The olive grove areas occupy about 23 hectares

The varieties are Moraiolo, Frantoio, Leccino and Pendolino

Pruning takes place every two years

The olive harvest is MANUAL from the end of October until the first ten days of November

The olives are cold pressed ON THE SAME DAY, as they are harvested in the oil mill inside the property.

The extra virgin olive oil Diadema is the result of a careful selection of the olive production of Fattoria Villa l'Olmo.

It has a bright and intense olive green color at the ideal point of ripeness with delicate golden yellow notes and good consistency. All 'smell arises in a persuasive way with aromas of freshly cut grass and green tomatoes.

On the palate, complex flavors of sweet almond arrive on entry, with an aftertaste of artichoke and ripe olives; in the finish it is fruity, with well-balanced spicy notes and a pleasant and delicate spicy sensation in the extreme closure.

The IGP Extra Virgin Olive Oil resulting from cold pressing in Fattoria Villa l'Olmo is a blend of Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino. The manual harvesting and expert processing of the olives constitute the fundamental heritage for obtaining our extra virgin olive oil, a characteristic Tuscan oil, renowned all over the world for its organoleptic qualities. The meticulous attention paid to the product from the earth to the bottle allows you to bring drops of Tuscan gold to the table.

CANDEGLI  ExtraVirgin Olive Oil is the result of a special  olive harvest and an exclusive selection of Fattoria Villa l'Olmo


The label was made in "Terracotta"  to reiterate  the essential bond of Diadema  with the land and its territory Impruneta, while the name "Candegli" recalls the exact geographical area of Impruneta where we collect. 

The terracotta label is produced  by the most ancient furnace in Impruneta, the MITAL furnace


The combination of manual harvesting and skilful processing give the final product a strong and intense green colour. 

The scent is persuasive and penetrating,   delicate but decisive the taste, its great balance and its incisiveness on the palate make the CANDEGLI selection Extra Virgin Olive Oil an excellent product which enhances the flavor of each preparation. 

The manual harvest of the olives is carried out according to the state of ripeness from the end of October until the first ten days of November. The olives, on the same day of the harvest, follow the cold pressing process in the mill inside the property.
